Before You Apply
Reserving Your Home
It takes about 24-72 hours to receive the status of your application. Upon approval, you would be required to immediately pay the non-refundable holding fee ($500), admin fee ($100), and credit/debit card transaction fee. This takes the home off the market and reserves the home for you.
Lease & Move-In Fees
Your move-in date can be scheduled within 7-14 days after you pay your holding fee. We only process weekday move-ins.
Once the holding fee is paid, you will need to complete more documents for occupants, pet addendum, and renter's insurance. Your move-in date will be confirmed, and you will receive your lease. You will sign your lease and pay your move-in funds (security deposit equal to 1-2x the rent based on credit, prorated rent, and a $20 Attraction Advantage Benefits Package). Your holding fee will be credited towards the security deposit.

Move-In
On move-in day, you will meet a representative at the property to complete Move-In Inspection and to retrieve keys.
Please note: Attraction Realty does not allow fences on homes that do not already have one. Applicable Utilities must be transferred into your name prior to taking possession.
Benefits Package
The Attraction Advantage Benefits Package includes your renter's insurance, credit reporting, and utility connection concierge.
